Isopods often do not look alike, but they do have common features. For example, all isopods have two pairs of antennae, compound eyes, and four sets of jaws. The body, or pereon, of all isopods consists of seven segments, each with its own pair of walking legs.

Powder Blues may be the most active of any isopod species. They also burrow less and like to stay on top of the substrate hiding under leaves and bark. They're very prolific once established and excellent feeders for frogs, lizards and other pets.

Powder Orange Isopod Facts. Powder Orange Isopods have a voracious appetite and are constantly foraging for food as well as mates. Porcellionides pruinosus eat leaf litter, fruits, veggies, and decaying matter, have a gentle and docile temperament, and live an average of 2-3 years in captivity.

These isopods can grow up to 20mm. These can live anywhere on land as long as the temperatures aren't too low. The Milk Isopod feeds on leaves and rotten wood. They have a lifespan of around 2 years.
